2 peaches
1/2 red bell pepper
1 small green pepper
1/2 red onion
1/2 green parsley link
1 clove of garlic
1/2 lemon
salt, to taste

Mod of preparation

Chop the peaches, chilli, chilli, onion, garlic and parsley. Mix them in a bowl, then season them with fresh lemon juice and salt. The salad is eaten immediately, simple, or in combination with another preparation of fasting (soybean slices, vegetable slices, potato stew, grilled tofu, etc.)
