A fish salad is always welcome at dinner, because it is prepared quickly and is indicated in the diet of the little ones.
5 boiled potatoes
1 pickled cucumber
200 g smoked / canned fish
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon otet
Method of preparation
Put the potatoes to a boil, and in the meantime clean the fish skin and cut it into cubes.
Onion, clean and wash a fish cut, then, in a large bowl add the chopped potatoes, cut into cubes, fish, onion, sliced cucumber and olives.
Add salt and pepper, add a tablespoon of oil and a little vinegar, then sprinkle with fresh greenery.
You can enrich this salad with boiled egg and donuts.
If you want to present salad as an aperitif, at a festive table, you can use mayonnaise instead of dressing vinegar and oil.
