The perfect milkshake and fruit is a healthy dessert, perfect for hot summer days. It is easy and quick to prepare and is ideal for family meals.
200 g cream
230 ml of milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
100 g old
100 g strawberries
150 g raspberry
1 tablespoon old powder
1 half a teaspoon of starch
1 tablespoon raspberry
Method of preparation
Mix sour cream with whipped milk, lemon juice and sugar.
Wash the apricots well, remove the seeds and cut into cubes. Half of them are added in the cream composition. Put this composition in a bowl and store in the freezer for at least 5 hours.
In the meantime, mix the raspberry with the powdered sugar, pass it and place this mixture in a saucepan over the heat. Let it boil until it thickens, add the starch diluted in cold water, and finally add the raspberries.
Serves the perfect milkshake and cold fruit, decorated with slices of apricots and raspberry sauce.
