Fish oil and dairy make the bones stronger

Foods that contain vitamin D, phosphorus, but also high in calcium, such as cheese, protect your bone system. Give the children milk, cheese and fish if you want to have no problems with the bones and be protected from rickets. These are foods high in calcium, vitamin D and phosphorus and are needed including adolescents and adults. Even menopausal women should not neglect these foods because they prevent osteoporosis, a condition that weakens the bones. Dairy, cow cheese, telemea, yogurt, cheese, but also melted cheese are foods that should not be missing from the children's menu if you want to have strong bones.
To fix calcium in the bones and to prevent rickets, children also need vitamin D. This can be taken from fish lard, liver or fish oil supplements, products found in natural stores. And adults need to consume calcium-rich foods regularly. On the other hand, excess calcium can cause kidney stones (kidney stones) or bile. But the excess calcium is not caused by nutrition, but only by nutritional supplements consumed without the doctor's recommendation.
