Seborrhoeic dermatitis is one of the most common fungi that is found especially at the level of the scalp and has the main risk factor for stress.
"Seborrheic dermatitis is characterized by the scaling of the scalp, as well as by the appearance of very small shells," the dermatologist, from Doina Tabacila Medical Center, told NewsIn.
Also, the dermatologist considers that this type of disease does not have a well-defined cause, but a risk factor in the occurrence of seborrheic dermatitis is the stress that acts on the immunity of the scalp.
Seborrheic dermatitis cannot be treated permanently but it is a condition that must be controlled and the skin of the head must be treated with shampoos depending on the degree of sensitivity of the skin.
