Business juniors, Special Edition: Hospitality in the Caru 'restaurant with beer

NextSteve Group organizes on June 8, Saturday, 9:30 am, a new event Junior in Business, Special Edition: "Hospitality in the restaurant Caru 'cu Bere".

On June 1, he had a first edition "In the restaurant" with 7 children between the ages of 7 - 13, who occupied the positions of cooks (pizza / pasta) and waiters, in a unique experience of serving their parents in the a real restaurant, with real utensils and preparations, under the guidance and preparation of the professionals in the field. All the staff at Trattoria Bongiorno restaurant in the Old Center helped the children to learn the secrets of the hospitality, although sometimes, some clients (parents) put them in trouble to see how to deal with the "more difficult" clients. In the end, though, the food was tastier than usual because the little ones put a lot of soul into their preparations and everyone enjoyed the holidays.

This time, we continue the experience "Junior in business - Hospitality in the restaurant Caru 'with beer". We are expecting 15 children between the ages of 8 and 12, who will be trained by the Trainer Manager of the City Grill Group restaurants for 30 minutes, and later they will be guided by waiters with experience of serving meals. Parents are invited to be clients to the little ones, who will take over the order and serve them.

Each child will have a role in the restaurant, as follows:

  • Hospitals - 10 places (girls and boys)
  • Hostesse - 5 seats (girls)

ATTENTION: The choice of role in the restaurant is made in the registration form, within the limit of the places available, until Friday, June 7, 11:00 am.

In the end, the children will sit at the table and receive participation diplomas from the NextSteve Group team, and the lots will take them home.

Information for parents

The children's activity will be supervised by the NextSteve team and coordinated by the Caru 'con Bere restaurant team.

Children will not have access to the kitchen, for reasons of space and security.

Time schedule

9:30 - 10:00 - Training with Trainer City Grill Group restaurant manager

10:00 - 10:45 - Serve customers

10:45 - 11:30 - Table and premiere

* the duration of the activities can be extended by 30-45 minutes, depending on how the children are doing

Participation tickets

Variant 1: 80 lei / child (meal, white lot, diploma, photos)

Variant 2: 150 lei / 2 children (meal, white sort, diploma, photos)

Variant 3: 220 lei / 3 children (meal, white sort, diploma, photos)

Version 4: 45 lei for children who participated in the June 1 edition and already have their own lot

Maximum number of participants: 15 children.
