70 grams flour for coconut
1/2 teaspoon lemon salt
60 grams old
1 teaspoon vanilla
Method of preparation
Beat the yolks with a mixer. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and beat for 5 minutes. Add vanilla and incorporate lightly and flour. Separately, beat the whites until you get a honey.
Add the lemon salt and beat until the stiffener hardens. Gradually add the sugar and beat well. Then lightly incorporate the whites over the yolks.
Transfer the whole composition into a place and form the pools in a tray lined with baking paper. Then sprinkle with sugar and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
When they are ready, remove the chops and allow them to cool completely.
