Spaghetti with mushroom sauce is a tasty preparation, but also a great way to vary the classic pasta recipes. Discover how spaghetti can be absolutely delicious even in the absence of meat ingredients!
250 g spaghetti
350 g mushrooms
200 ml tomato sauce (tomatoes chopped in broth)
2 strands of green onion (normal onion can be added)
3 cloves of garlic (or a strand of green garlic)
2-3 tablespoons of sunflower oil
Method of preparation
Bring salted water to a boil, and when it starts to boil, add the spaghetti. Observe the boiling time on the packaging. While boiling the pasta, prepare the sauce.
Chop the onion and minced garlic and place them in a hot pan with oil. Clean and chop the mushrooms (you can use canned mushrooms) and add them to the heat. After 1-2 minutes, add the tomato sauce and start seasoning the sauce with rosemary, basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
Let them boil for about 5-7 minutes, then pour over the strained spaghetti and mix.
If you want the spaghetti to taste even more delicious, add half a glass of white wine to the sauce and serve with freshly chopped parsley.
