Here's a simple ice cream recipe on a healthy, sweet and refreshing smoothie. All you need is a few ingredients and 10 minutes to prepare.
The recipe is very simple, and the little ones can help prepare it!
- ice cream forms on the bat;
- cereal flakes;
- baby's favorite yogurt;
- freshly cut fruits.
How is it prepared:
Fill three quarts of the ice cream shapes with the children's favorite yogurt. Place the fruit in the yogurt. You can use banana pieces, strawberries, berries or any other mixture you prefer.
Fill each shape with yogurt. Leave some space in the shape to add a few flakes of cereal to the base. Freeze everything for 8 hours.
