Shrimp and basil pasta is a recipe for anyone and a great idea for an easy and healthy family dinner! Discover a simple preparation way, from some delicious and healthy ingredients!
200 g pasta
150 g baby spanac
400 g shrimp cleaned
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
some fresh basil leaves
Method of preparation
Bring water to a boil, in a pot, and when it boils, add the pasta and leave about 8-10 minutes on fire or writing on the packaging. It is important to remove them from the heat and strain them when they are al dente.
As the pasta flows out of the water, put a pan on the heat, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and heat the shrimp for 1-2 minutes, then add the baby spinach and salt. Leave 1 minute on fire and pour everything into a large bowl.
Put in the bowl and the pasta in the strainer, and on top of all these ingredients add lemon juice, a little olive oil and freshly chopped basil. Mix everything well and serve hot pasta.
