Physical exercises in combination with the administration of fish oil supplements are effective in removing body fat, regulating cholesterol levels and improving blood vessel function, according to a study by American researchers, quoted by Reuters.
Study participants who took fish oil, whether or not they exercised, found that their cholesterol levels improved, while triglycerides decreased. At the same time, the combination of fish oil with exercise has helped to remove body fat. In addition to these benefits reported by the researchers' study, the combination of exercise and fish oil improves the health of overweight adults suffering from cardiovascular disease.
