Salmon with green sauce

Salmon with green salsa is the fastest, simplest and tastiest method of preparing this type of fish. It is a spontaneous and satisfying preparation, with which you can delight your whole family!

1 piece of salmon with skin, about 1 kg

200 ml red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon of peppercorns

2 bay leaves

4-5 slices of lemon

2 tsp salt

Green sauce

4-5 fillets of handle

4 cloves of garlic

3 tablespoons pickled capers

1 parsley bond

1 connection of fresh basil

5 tablespoons of olive oil

Method of preparation

Mix, in a pot, the vinegar, pepper, salt, lemon slices, bay leaves and a few stems chopped parsley with 2 liters of water. Put the pot on the heat and let the mixture boil. When it reaches the boiling point, add the fish with the skin down and let it boil for another 2-3 minutes, until the fish starts to get a lighter color.

Extinguish the fire and cover the pan with aluminum foil, leaving it until the fish cools completely. The green salsa is obtained simply by mixing all the ingredients in a blender. The fish is served with salsa on top and garnished with natural potatoes or boiled asparagus.
