Numerous scientists have studied, more or less with a smile on their lips, laughing from different perspectives. The common conclusion: laughter is the expression of an emotion. It is controlled by the right hemisphere of the brain, and not by the left (subconscious). So we consciously laugh. This explains why not everyone laughs at the same things.
Apart from the beneficial effects on the heart and lungs, relaxation of the brain produced by laughter allows the release of endorphins, responsible with good mood. Moreover, shaving therapy is recognized by medicine, having concrete results in the case of depressive, cardiac persons.
