Ham with Dutch sauce

If you want to change the traditional menu a bit, you can make some choices from the international cuisine. Dutch sausages can bring a new flavor to your kitchen and will delight even the most discerning guests.

For sauce

2 yellows

2 tablespoons water

2 teaspoons lemon juice

50 g butter

Method of preparation

Clean the meat of skins and scrapes well, wash it and give it through the chopping machine several times until well crumbled.
