Baked spinach pie can be a delicious and very healthy lunch for your little one. It is easy to prepare, contains many vitamins and iron. This preparation is recommended for children over 2 years.
500 g of spinach
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 cup and half flour
1/2 cup butter
1 cup with hot water
Method of preparation
Wash the spinach well, chop the onion and heat it a little. Add spinach, season with salt and pepper and leave it on fire for about 15 minutes, over medium heat. At the end, sprinkle over spinach and chopped feta cheese.
Separately, mix flour with eggs, butter, salt and water, until you get a homogeneous dough. Allow it to grow slightly, then spread it into thin sheets. Grease an oil pan and place the dough sheets on top of each other, each with a layer of spinach mixture.
Give the pie in the oven for 45 minutes.
