Method of preparation
Rub the yolks with the sugar, add the flour and the whites of the foam, pour the dough into a round shape (26 cm diameter) covered with paper, bake about 30 minutes in the heated oven at 160 degrees and allow to cool.
Mix the cows' cheese with the rind, lemon juice and yogurt, then add the softened gelatin and squeeze and finally the whipped sugar.
Cut the baked and cooled top in two (horizontally), place the first half on the bottom of the tray, cover with cheese filling, smooth with a knife and give 2 hours in the refrigerator to finish. The second half of the cut is cut into triangular pieces, ready to serve, set over the frozen filling and powdered with sugar.
